Chelsea offered triple boost as three stars train ahead of Paris Saint-Germain tie

The Chelsea skipper is still recovering from his hamstring injury, although the club had hoped that the 35 year old would be ready for the second leg of the last 16 tie tomorrow night.

Chelsea go into the game 2-1 down from the first leg, but the good news for interim boss Guus Hiddink – that has been his only defeat since returning to take charge of the team in December – is that both key striker Diego Costa and winger Pedro were both fit and training.

Terry was training alone and road running today in a bid to be fit for Saturday’s FA Cup sixth round clash at Everton.

Also with the squad training this morning was striker Alexandre Pato, yet to start a game since arriving on loan from Corinthians.
