Arsenal and Chelsea have been put on red alert after reports claimed Leicester could cash in on NÂ’Golo Kante this summer.

The midfielder has been a revelation for the Foxes this season as they close in on the Premier League title but it remains to be seen if he will remain at the club next season.

Reports are suggesting that even if Leicester do win the Premier League, they will struggle to keep hold of all of their star players, and Kante could be allowed to leave if the price is right.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger was tracking the 25-year-old when he was at Caen and will now be regretting not making a move earlier, as he will cost much more than the £5.6million Leicester paid.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte also wants a new midfield enforcer and Kante will cost much less than Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba, who is also a top target.

Kante also refused to rule out a move away when quizzed about his future recently. “I will fight for Leicester this season and next season we never know and we will see,” he said.

“At this moment I am focused on Leicester. We have to finish well this season but I don’t mind about [being linked with] the other clubs.”
