Juventus have offered Chelsea £1.7m to take Juan Cuadrado on loan for another season.
The winger spent last term with the Italian champions and he impressed, scoring five goals in 40 appearances.
New Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is still considering what to do with the Colombian and he could make him part of his plans for the upcoming campaign.
However, according to Sky Sport Italia, Juventus have asked if they can take Cuadrado on loan for another season.
The Serie A side are proposing to pay £1.7m for the year before buying the player outright for £18.75m next summer.
Chelsea are now mulling over the proposal and Conte is expected to sit down with Cuadrado to decide his future next week.
