Chelsea are willing to let Charly Musonda leave on loan – but only if he joins an English club.
The attacking midfielder is struggling for action at Stamford Bridge this season and he has made just two Premier League appearances.
The 21-year-old has been tipped for a bright future by coaches at Chelsea, but they are wary of his desire to gain more minutes.
Last season, Musonda was at Real Betis on loan and the Blues are happy for him to leave on a short-term basis again.
But, according to Het Laatste Nieuws, the Belgian will only be allowed to join an English club.
Chelsea are keen for the youngster to experience English football and they do not believe it would be beneficial for his development to go elsewhere right now.
