Chelsea boss Antonio Conte says has no plans to offload Cesc Fabregas when the transfer window reopens in January.
The Spain international has yet to start a Premier League this season and is being linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge.
The World Cup winner has many keen admirers around Europe, with AC Milan the latest to be linked with loan deal for the 29-year-old.
However, Conte expects Fabregas to remain at Stamford Bridge and insists the midfielder is still a key part of his plans.
“Cesc is in my plans, he is in Chelsea’s plans. We all know he is a fantastic player. I see him in every training session with great experience,” said the Italian.
“It’s very difficult for me. But I want this player to put many doubts in my mind about team selection. I’m starting to know him man-to-man and he is an excellent professional.”
