Borussia Dortmund are reported to have joined Swansea in the race to sign Tottenham forward Nacer Chadli.
The Belgian attacker has struggled to make an impact at White Hart Lane and Spurs are keen to recoup some cash by moving him on before the transfer deadline.
Swansea have been heavily linked as the Welsh club’s boss Franceso Guidolin looks to bolster his attack following a number of departures, but as things stand a deal has yet to be agreed.
That could open the door for Dortmund to swoop and reports claim they are ready to offer Tottenham £12million to take the player to the Bundesliga.
Chadli is likely to jump at the opportunity to get his career back on track in Germany, and Spurs would also bite their hand offer if such an offer came in as they look to balance the books.
Dortmund appear to be in the box seat so Swansea will have to move quickly if they wish to resurrect a deal.
