Nacer Chadli has joined West Brom and Ryan Mason is also expected to depart Spurs before the transfer window closes.
Mason, 25, has yet to make an appearance for Tottenham this season but there had been speculation the club was unwilling to sanction a sale despite the fact he has dropped down the pecking order.
It is now understood that the midfielder has held talks with Spurs to inform the club he wants regular game time and it seems a move could be on the cards before the deadline passes.
Hull are believed to be readying an £8million offer for the one-cap England international and Spurs are likely to accept.
Meanwhile Chadli has joined West Brom for an undisclosed fee, reported to be £13million, netting Spurs a healthy profit on the £7million they paid to snare the Belgian winger from Dutch outfit FC Twente in 2013.
