Swansea boss Francesco Guidolin says he is confident of strengthening his squad further, with a new striker high on his list.
Leroy Fer, Mike van der Hoorn and Tyler Reid have already arrived at the club but a new striker is needed after the departure of Eder, while Bafetimbi Gomis could follow.
Leicester striker Leonardo Ulloa is the latest striker to be linked with a move to the Liberty Stadium, but Guidolin is refusing to name names and is just focused on his current bunch of players for now.
However that is not to say work is not going on to sign players, and the Italian is hoping to make more additions soon.
“I spoke with the chairman this evening, I spoke with him every day, every week,” Guidolin revealed. “There is the possibility to sign some players, but at the moment I am focused on the group we have out here.
“I don’t know what will happen but I am confident. It’s important to do something in the transfer market, but it’s also important to choose the best players for us.”
