Sunderland will reportedly face competition from Lazio to sign Manchester United midfielder Adnan Januzaj.
Moyes handed the Belgium international his United debut when he was in charge at Old Trafford and has already spoken of his desire to bring him to the Stadium of Light this summer.
However, Lazio have been alerted to his availability and are considering a move for the 21-year-old as they look to strengthen their ranks.
Januzaj’s career has stalled after being offered a chance by Moyes and he spent a disastrous spell on loan with Borussia Dortmund last term.
Reports claim that United have slapped a £10million price tag on the midfielder, though, and would rather see him leave on a permanent deal than head out on loan again.
