Birmingham City have signed Sheffield United striker Che Adams for an undisclosed fee.
The 20-year-old, who has scored 15 goals in 55 appearances for the Blades since joining from Ilkeston, has agreed a three-year contract with Blues.
Birmingham had a bid of £1.2m for Adams turned down in August, and the forward came on as a substitute during Saturday’s defeat by Bolton.
But he has now joined to become manager Gary Rowett’s third summer signing.
Adams, who has played for England at under-20 level, will not be available for the EFL Cup first-round tie against Oxford United on Tuesday.
