West Ham are reportedly leading the race to sign Hadjuk Split youngster Josip Magnajic this summer.
The 17-year-old is a product of the Hadjuk Split academy and made his first team debut in May as he came off the bench to face NK Zagreb.
The forward is seen as a top-prospect for the future within the Croatia national set-up, having turned out eight times for the under-17 side.
Hammers boss Slaven Bilic is hoping to use his Croatian connections to bring in Magnajic, although he won’t be immediately brought into first team contention.
Reports claim that Serie A club Fiorentina are also keen to sign the youngster but it’s understood that Bilic will use his contacts to win the battle.
