West Ham boss Slaven Bilic has urged his side to produce one last performance when they meet Stoke on Sunday.
The Hammers have enjoyed a superb campaign and following Tuesday’s 3-2 win over Manchester United, a victory in the Potteries will seal a top-six finish and guarantee European football during their first season at the Olympic Stadium.
After the emotion of saying goodbye to Upton Park, Bilic will have been working hard to try and ensure his players are ready to face Mark Hughes’ men, who have not won in their last six.
The Croatian admits it will not be easy at the Britannia but has urged his troops to ensure they get what they feel they deserve from the campaign by taking all three points needed to guarantee European football.
“Stoke will want to finish on a high, but all we have to do is try to replicate the performance from Tuesday night and win the game,” Bilic told a pre-match news conference.
“That will give us minimum sixth and if Manchester United slip up we can move to fifth.
“It would be nice to have Europa League football because we have had a good season and it would be good to get something out of it.”
With West Ham in the driving seat, punters may look to use their free bet to back BilicÂ’s men to continue their momentum in the Potteries.
