West Brom goalkeeper Ethan Ross has been shipped out on loan to non-league side Worcester City on a six-month deal.
The keeper spent most of last term with the National League North club and has opted to return as he looks to continue his development.
Ross has signed a deal with Worcester which runs until January 3 and there is no recall option included in the contract.
The 19-year-old admitted he was happy to get the opportunity to head out and secure first-team football as he looks to take the next step in his career.
Ross said: “I’m happy to be going to get regular first-team football. Hopefully I can get a good six months under my belt during my time there.
“If I can nail down the number one position at Worcester then that will benefit me in the long run. I know the club quite well after being there for a long period last season.
“It’s important for me to get out on loan again and experience senior football, it’s the next step for me on the ladder and it’s a challenge I am really looking forward to taking on.”
