Tony Pulis has confirmed that West Brom are already busy looking for squad reinforcements ahead of the transfer window opening.
The Baggies boss spoke out a day after the club confirmed that forwards Stephane Sessegnon and Victor Anichebe have been allowed to leave The Hawthorns as their respective contracts are due to come to an end on June 30.
With two high-earning attacking players off the books, it gives Pulis scope to bring in new faces this summer and he is already plotting moves, along with new technical director Nick Hammond.
So far West Brom have mostly been linked with defensive signings, in the shape of Feyenoord stopper Terence Kongolo and Hoffenheim defender Ermin Bicakcic.
But Pulis insists that the club have also found potential replacements for the departing forwards and he hopes to get his business done as efficiently as possible.
He said in the Express & Star: “You’ve got to make things happen but other people have got to make things happen as well and they can determine whether you get three in, or five in or eight in.”
