Summer signing Andre Ayew is in line to make his debut for West Ham in Monday’s Premier League clash with Chelsea.
Ayew signed from Swansea in a deal understood to be worth £20.5million on Tuesday and boss Slaven Bilic is ready to throw him straight into action.
Last season’s star man, Dimitri Payet, returned back to West Ham late after his exploits at Euro 2016 and Bilic has admitted he will not be fit to complete 90 minutes.
However, the Hammers have a number of injury concerns as they prepare to get the campaign underway with the likes of Aaron Cresswell and Manuel Lanzini set to miss out.
Diafra Sakho is struggling with a back problem, while summer signing Gokhan Tore will miss out as he looks to recover from a knee injury.
Cheikhou Kouyate, Darren Randolph and Pedro Obiang will all face late fitness tests but should be handed a place on the bench at the very least.
