Chelsea are reported to have joined the queue of clubs showing an interest in Swansea forward Andre Ayew.
Ayew has impressed during his first season in the Premier League, despite Swansea battling against relegation for most of it, and his form has not gone unnoticed elsewhere.
Sunderland are known to have failed with at least one bid during the January transfer window, and are expected to make another this summer, while West Ham United and Liverpool have also been linked.
However reports are now growing that Chelsea are keen to do a deal as new boss Antonio Conte looks to reshape his attack following a disappointing season in all competitions.
Ayew’s ability to operate anywhere in an attacking formation makes him very appealing, and he has already proven he has an eye for goal with 12 strikes this season.
Swansea will be determined to keep hold but may struggle if Chelsea do enter the running and match their valuation, thought to be in the region of £15million.
