Andre Ayew has dismissed reports suggesting he is unsettled at Swansea and is more than happy to stay at the Liberty Stadium.
The Ghana international has been a revelation since arriving at the club from Marseille on a free transfer last summer, and his form has kicked off reports linking him with a move elsewhere.
Liverpool, Tottenham, Sunderland, Newcastle and Saturday’s opponents West Ham are all known to be keen, while some reports have suggested Swansea may even consider cashing in on the player, who has bagged 10 goals this season.
However Ayew is not concerned by all the rumours and is just focused on Swansea for now.
“I am at Swansea and I am happy here, everything is okay but in football you never know what can happen,” he said. “I am playing my football here at a good club with good people around so I just want to continue doing my job. Whatever happens will happen.
“I have a contract here so if it’s here I am going to continue playing my football, then good. If not, then at the end of the season you have a chance to discuss and see what happens.
“But I am happy to be a Swansea player and happy that the fans adopted me very well. It makes me try to give my best every time.”
