Arsenal resignation: Employee resigns and calls Arsene Wenger a disgrace in open letter

22 Aug

“Today the club employees reduces to 599, and there is one extra person in line on the dole queue.

“Good luck and I hope you will give me a good reference in my new job.

“Thanks for everything.”

The name of the employee has been obscured by the thumb of the person holding the letter.

It has been posted by @ArsenalEmployee on Twitter and has been shared thousands of times, although it’s not known for sure if the letter is genuine.

The pressure is on Arsene Wenger with fans calling for his head following the 0-0 draw with the Foxes.

Supporters have becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of transfer business, although Wenger does want to complete a deal for Shkodran Mustafi this week.
