Antonio Conte’s Chelsea future is in doubt after bookmakers suspended betting on the Italian losing his job.
Both Betway and Paddy Power have stopped taking wagers on Conte being the next Premier League boss to go following a flurry of bets.
Conte only took charge at Stamford Bridge in the summer, signing a three-year contract.
He arrived at the club on the back of a successful spell in charge of Italy and with an impressive track record of winning major silverware.
Conte’s Chelsea reign began with three straight victories in the Premier League.
But the club have won just one of their past four league games and were beaten by Liverpool and Arsenal in September.
They are currently sitting seventh in the table, five points adrift of leaders Manchester City, ahead of Saturday’s visit of champions Leicester.
