One man particularly keen to pick up the three points will be Swans midfielder Leroy Fer. The Dutchman is facing one of his former clubs and is looking to avoid a third straight relegation after experiencing the drop with the Canaries and QPR.
“I think I can avoid being relegated again, we have a very strong team,” said Fer.
“Swansea finished eighth last season which shows the quality of the squad here. This is a good side, any club can be relegated but I think we are too good for relegation.
“We need to just go game by game, show our quality and pick up those points.”
Alan Curtis will take charge of the Swans once again as head coach Francesco Guidolin continues to recover from a chest infection in hospital.
The Italian, who has picked the team from his hospital bed, is expected to be released on Monday.
