West Brom are hopeful Jonny Evans will be fit enough to replace Chris Brunt in the starting line-up for the trip to Leicester.
Brunt has been sent to see a specialist amid fears he could miss the rest of the season with a knee injury after he was carried from the pitch on a stretcher after falling awkwardly during the 3-2 home win over Crystal Palace on Saturday.
The midfielder had been filling in as a defender and Baggies boss Tony Pulis is now hoping Evans can recover from his hamstring injury in order to take the place of the Northern Irishman in the back four.
A change for Brunt could be the only alteration Pulis makes to his starting line-up for the encounter with the Premier League leaders, with the Welshman saying he was more than satisfied with the performance of his starting line-up in the win against Palace.
Elsewhere, Callum McManaman (ankle) and James Morrison (hamstring) remain out.
Provisional squad: Foster, Myhill, Gamboa, Pocognoli, McAuley, Evans, Olsson, Chester, Dawson, Sandro, Pritchard, Fletcher, Yacob, McClean, Sessegnon, Gardner, Rondon, Berahino, Lambert, Anichebe.
